PANEER TIKKA MASALA 


Paneer Tikka Masala is a North Indian dish, which is prepared here for any party, wedding, festival or any special occasion. Paneer Tikka Masala prepared with spicy and tangy spices is very tasty. 

Food lovers get water in their mouth after hearing the name of Paneer Tikka Masala. In the winter season, it is a lot of fun to relish any dish made of paneer. Actually, in terms of digestion of the body, the winter season is considered to be the best.



Paneer tikka masala Recipe



The method of preparation of Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe is very simple. It does not take much time to prepare this dish. This spicy delicious dish is loved by everyone in vegetarian food recipes. Its velvety texture, orange colour, appetizing aroma and cheesy taste whet our appetite.

To prepare paneer tikka masala dish, paneer is cooked in a tandoor stove and then added to the masala curry. Paneer tikka can be cooked at home on a griddle or in a pan.

The very simple method of preparing this dish is being told through the recipe. This dish can be made like a hotel or restaurant at home by following tawa




पनीर टिक्का मसाला


For Paneer Tikka Masala:

  •  1 cup hung curd
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala powder
  •  1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp kitchen king masala / garam masala
  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • ¼ tsp ajwain
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • capsicum cut into squares
  • 1 onion cut into squares
  • 10-15 paneer pieces cut into square shape
  • 1 tomato cut into squares

For Chili Oil:

  • 3 spoon oil large
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp

1) First of all we have to put 2 tbsp curd in a bowl, add 1 tbsp gram flour, and add 1/4 tsp carom seeds, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili, 1 tsp coriander powder , 1 tsp cumin powder, little garam masala powder and lastly 1/2 tsp tandoori masala powder will be added. Put some oil on top and mix it well. Also add salt as per taste.

2) Now we have to put paneer in big pieces in that batter and also add green, yellow and red capsicum and onions. And it has to be mixed well. Now we have to let it rest for 20 minutes.

3) After 20 minutes take oil and spread it. After the oil is hot, put paneer pieces, palaz and capsicum in it and cook it. It has to be cooked for 5 to 7 minutes, it has to be cooked from both the sides.

4) Now we have to make gravy, for that we have to take a pan, heat oil in it, put cumin seeds in it as soon as it gets hot, and also put 2 medium sized finely chopped onions in it. And it has to be fried well. After the onion turns brown, add 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste to it and mix it well.

5) Now light the gas flame and add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder and now we have to cook it for 2 minutes.

6) Now we have to grind 2 small tomatoes and now cook it for 5 minutes after stirring the pan. Now we have to add 1.25 cups of water to it and add salt as per taste and mix it well. It has to be cooked till it comes to 1 boil.


7) Now our gravy is ready, so now we have to put paneer in it and mix it well, now we have to cover it and cook it on low flame.

Put chaat masala on it and serve hot.
